@matigo in theory. I don't have myself set up to do that particularly (haven't built a network of folks), but at least a couple local businesses will throw work my way, esp this year. Interviews in general have been going well, too, but that doesn't matter until someone hires me… :)
@matigo heh heh. I bought a house last year across the street that we need to move into eventually, and it's a gut rehab. So yes. But also, I broke my pinky and my leg last year, and have been unemployed for 7 months. So! Recovery?
@matigo yeah, unfortunately an uneven ground meant landing flat was landing sideways, and the walls of the boot snapped the leg. More or less. Eek.
@matigo I fell from a 6ft ladder… But I think the heavy work boots were as much to blame as anything, leveraged everything the worst way.
Oh, meanwhile I broke my foot last Saturday severely, bed-bound. :( Hoping for a second surgery next week. Yikes. But pnut! Glad for folks to pop in and say hello to the old crew.
